Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Company compensates unfairly based on gender with women severely undercut in both base pay and compensation. Many sales reps have gone years without a bonus because quota targets are increased exponentially year over year despite never hitting prior targets. Being over goal and driving growth is not enough to negotiate for anything more than a merit raise during annual reviews. Female reps need to come with hard data to reviews while Male reps throw a number out and are approved.
Long standing employees are valued for knowledge but comp does not reflect that. Employees with families are valued and paid more than those without. Company touts growth, blowing past revenue goals, and beating out competitors but never has the money to pay reps fairly which contributes to low morale. Browse Other Reviews
