Curious about the SDR/BDR role here. Based on recent reviews, has much has quota attainment changed since Dec 2023? What is the base salary/expected OTE? How difficult is outbounding? What is the growth trajectory like in terms of getting promoted to AE or CSM?

This information is from mid-2022. I can't offer any details after that.

base for a BDR (outbound only) is around 55k ote is 20-30k more i dont remember exactly how much.

quota is 4 SQL meetings a month (may have changed)

difficulty of booking was pretty high it took me a while to ramp up to quota - but its a great product and solution and the collateral they have is great

you can move up - it takes ~12 months to move into an AE role not sure about other roles. Sales management is nice - VPs have favorites though and they get priority without even considering the other side (i was on the other side and was let go because of it)

one of my biggest regrets in my career was speaking my mind at prophix (politely not in a rude way) as it worked against me (they say they want you to be real with them but in reality they dont)

my advice - great company, culture as well, the vast majority of the people are nice and friendly and helpful.  if you can get it go for it but never stand out in any negative way because it will work against you tenfold compared to other companies ive worked at.
