Teammates are great and the culture is second to none. We are behind on base and OTE but we do have the leadership and tools to be successful

So so. RSU’s are slim. Very few. Checkbox 401k only. Max at $1500/yr is well below industry. Very light in accelerators over quota. Revolving door.

Great market fit and products. The extended team was very supportive. The VP sales culture and above was not very supportive, but first line managers were great. SE's are best in business.
