How would you describe the interview process for the role you applied for, and what should others expect, pros and cons, etc?

After your recruiter screening (which is a glorified pulse check), you will be interviewed by a pairing of 2 “managers” that are 1-2 years removed from college. They will only ask questions they read from a script and their 1-5 ranking of you will determine if you receive an offer or not.

It is fast. They take just about anybody, so long as the applicant is young and doesn't have much experience. They try to keep payroll low, so they aren't really all that interested in experienced or successful sales people who could demand a higher wage, not that too many of those types would apply to a place like this.

A recruiter will follow up on your application, you will speak to a senior team member/team lead - usually somebody who has managed to last more than 6 months at the company, and then you will speak with a manager. Frequently during the process its almost as if they're trying to convince you to work there and sell to you, rather than the other way around... which should be a red flag.

Once the process is done, they'll make you an offer with no room for negotiation, and they usually only give you a day or two max to give them an answer.

Talking about the Hiring Process only, you should expect a call from Talent Aqcuisition, generally they have worked in sales so they know what they want to hear and they will screen you. If you pass the first filter, after a couple of days you will have call/meeting with the Hiring Manager directly. This second interview will be a deeper one, and they will want to get to know you better, they never expect you to be better/older than them, and always want to keep a "junior environment", if you are 22-30 you will be ok.
