It was mostly good. High turnover with high quotas and PIPs going out after a quarter of not hitting 100%, other than that, good people

over a year in and still love it. however company seems to be placing more of a premium on AM's focused on up-sell/cross-sell motion as procore keeps rolling out more products. Have noticed more and more reps are getting placed on performance plans recently. Also introduced a decelerator pay compensation plan where you don't get paid out on what you actually close until you are 50% to your overall quarterly quota.
