Overall an excellent company that is truly focused on helping the client. There are cracks in the product and it is best suited for mid market/small enterprise. Since going public, Leadership has shifted to bringing in SaaS experts that focus on share holder value as opposed to client satisfaction. This has taken away from the culture

My overall experience has been great! Subcontractors is not the main focus of the company, so my vertical tends to be overlooked by the executive leadership team.

Inbounds depend on segment. In specialty contractor it’s extremely low. Maybe one every 5 weeks. Only two reps in mid market hit their number out of 20 for 2023 in this segment.
