They hire average people right out of college, give them a few months to be successful and if not, they fire them and move onto the next. Every business decision made by Priority1 revolves around saving the company money. They recently stated they will no longer be doing the end of year sales celebration trip because it is too expensive. This means there are no awards trips, company off-sites, or presidents clubs for the sales team.
