Incompetent leadership, inexperienced management, no GTM strategy, low market fit, no data, outdated sales philosophies, unrealistic revenue goals is a good summary. Positions themselves as a Thought Leader in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion space, but when you look closer they do not put into practice any internal DEI policies or processes for their very own staff including, but not limited to: - encouraging and developing people leaders on a ongoing basis to lead with empathy & value - training executives and holding them accountable on the importance of using modern, inclusive language in all contexts - forming and funding ERG groups, DEIB committes or any employee cultural initiatives at all - ensuring their health benefits cover the diverse needs of all their talent - offering transparent, pay equity with roadmaps for growth within all departments - ensuring regular, programmatic employee and employer feedback loops with following plans of action - removing barriers or pressure of participation for their remote workers outside of popular timezones The performative aspect of their profiting is upsetting.
