It's been a great experience. It's a start up and a small org, so a lot of changes, but they're communicated and explained well and we know why things are changing. The new leadership hired in the last 6 months were exactly what we need and make us feel confident about our future! The internal team, including leadership and founders, is top notch, big-hearted and caring co-workers that are committed to our success.

Incompetent leadership, inexperienced management, no GTM strategy, low market fit, no data, outdated sales philosophies, unrealistic revenue goals is a good summary.
