I was one of the original AE's hired in the US market, as this is largely dedicated to the European market. We were given resources (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Hubspot, Slack, Apollo) and other resources to be successful in hunting but leadership and sales strategy are lacking. Low pressure but also low attention to US market as it is not a priority. Not a role if you're looking to bring in serious bank but good benefits, culture, no micromanaging.
