Former Employee2.9Nov 23, 2023Not an amazing culture, hiring and firing, lots of redundancies, owned and backed by a VC Firm so no real top-down culture

Current Employee2.7Dec 21, 2023My overall experience has been a roller coaster. We acquired a competitor, got acquired by Vista Equity, have seen our strategy change several times and a lot of good people have left leaving a void. The sales org is supported and celebrated from the top, but many of the midlevel leaders fall short.

Current Employee3.3Oct 11, 2024Better culture than before, surprisingly. After the debt restructuring, leadership is being a lot more positive. Edtech is still in a touch place, no one is buying and very hard to hit quota. Inbounds are nonexistent. Good for a starting role, but definitely better industries to sell in. All in all, it's a decent company to work in and work for.

Former Employee3.3Sep 20, 2023Pluralsight was once the place to sell! Not anymore, too many leadership changes and too many busy work tasks taking reps away from selling.
