Not a product to market fit exactly but more of a nice to have and significantly more expensive than competitors. Compensation only favours top reps that can hit accelerators and land larger deals than just the average deal size of 10-20k which is difficult to achieve.

Unlimited time off is a mechanism that means you simply lose it if you weren’t using it. It is hard to take time off as demands of time make that a challenge.
