Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I worked there a long time ago, so it's possible things changed a lot. However, this was my first sales job and there was basically no professional training or development. It was mostly on the job learning. There were a few sales people who were crushing it, but the majority of salespeople underperformed. A lot of it seemed to come down to being in the right industry at the right time. The company is very sales focused and values the individual over the team.
