This role is great. It does require a lot of lead generation and self prospecting but once you form a great pipeline, you have a good chance of talking to many customers who are interested in this niche. The start up aspect of it does make it a little difficult, but if you can roll with the punches, you can be extremely successful. The compensation plan is very fair and ties and all components looking at your total commission from a holistic aspect.

It's an alright place to work. The people are really nice - but the market is saturated with this type of product, and Plate IQ is in the stage of just trying to break into a market dominated by other players. Be ready to source 100% of your own leads, and cold call like crazy - marketing and inbound flow is non existent here.

Great startup opportunity with a ton of internal growth and high earning potential. The product is still growing rapidly and moving into new spaces all the time. The organization is highly supportive of the sales team.
