Laid off the entire sales team when everyone was over-attaining. Red flags at the leadership level to not be able to successfully run a company when sales is blowing numbers out of the water.

Unfortunately, there is not much of an Enterprise market for this open source technology bundle (MySQL + Vitess), especially considering that the only deployment mode offered is public cloud and managed by PlanetScale. The really large MySQL shops that require massive scalability want an on-prem option and to be able to manage it themselves if they so desire....Read More
