After being acquired by Pfizer, I can tell you that I have never felt such a de-motivation in my entire career. It is literally a night and day experience from working at Seagen. The answer to almost every question is "That's Pfizer." Management is terrible. Leadership is completely out of touch. I went from the CEO knowing my name to my manager havbing never met the CEO. Do not work here. Pick any other company.
