After being acquired by Pfizer, I can tell you that I have never felt such a de-motivation in my entire career. It is literally a night and day experience from working at Seagen. Good company, but chasing tails post-covid. M&As, Restructuring, and Mfg plans make little sense. Leadership and Culture needs improvement to listen to employees. RTO mandate just for the sake of it because it's become popular amongst the industry.
