Good company, but chasing tails post-covid. M&As, Restructuring, and Mfg plans make little sense. Leadership and Culture needs improvement to listen to employees. RTO mandate just for the sake of it because it's become popular amongst the industry.

After being acquired by Pfizer, I can tell you that I have never felt such a de-motivation in my entire career. It is literally a night and day experience from working at Seagen. The answer to almost every question is "That's Pfizer." Management is terrible. Leadership is completely out of touch.
