Current Employee3.3Feb 22, 2025Good company, but chasing tails post-covid. M&As, Restructuring, and Mfg plans make little sense. Leadership and Culture needs improvement to listen to employees. RTO mandate just for the sake of it because it's become popular amongst the industry.
