Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My time at PerformYard was positive, given how lean it was. There were less than 50 total employees at the time, and the CEO ran the sales team. The product itself is very good for the space and the market they target, but it's pretty simple, and a lot of the sales cycles were rinse and repeat. If you are looking for something intellectually stimulating where you are helping solve a real challenge, this is not the place. There was not a ton of opportunity for learning and development. The CEO told the sales team in a pipeline meeting that he didn't want to waste selling time with professional development as he wanted people who could follow the sales process and close deals.
