My overall experience has been very poor. They have a fantastic product, decent systems built out (but not autonomous), but there is an endless list of culture and management issues within the organization. Managers have been caught lying about many things, compensation included. Be aware, unless you are okay with micromanaging and feeling like just a number who isn't cared about. They are constantly hiring because they know that people are constantly leaving!

My time at PerformYard was positive, given how lean it was. There were less than 50 total employees at the time, and the CEO ran the sales team. Lots of inbound leads from marketing. Very strict sales process with high level of micromanagement for newer reps.
