Lots of inbound leads from marketing. Very strict sales process with high level of micromanagement for newer reps.

My time at PerformYard was positive, given how lean it was. There were less than 50 total employees at the time, and the CEO ran the sales team. The product itself is very good for the space and the market they target, but it's pretty simple, and a lot of the sales cycles were rinse and repeat.
