My experience started out wonderful at Percona. Best company culture I have ever worked with and the managers were amazing. The leader who trained me set me up for a lifelong successful career in sales because she was so knowledgable. However, when SLT made the decision to bring in a new sales leader (since departed) the culture started to deteriorate starting with lay offs and ending with outsourcing all BDR leads. They have since hired a new CRO who is the best in the business and has revitalized Percona's culture and profitability. Percona is a wonderful company filled with wonderful people, my time there was just negatively impacted by timing and past leadership. However, I received best in class training and the experience working there was an excellent one until the end.

My overall experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The team members I worked with internally were supportive and helpful. They use many of the best tools for prospecting and workflow. The solution and service they are selling is niche and success will mostly depend on your territory and accounts. Very few leads. ELT seems to make it up as they go in regard...Read More
