Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Company does a good job of pushing culture onto you. Culture is good here, until you realize that it’s really not. It’s great for corporate employees, but the sales team is just that. A sales team. Decisions made by management make sense in terms of business and maximizing profitability, but hurt the individuals sales reps. Using good culture and kool-aid to justify decisions, really leaves you feeling hurt, betrayed, and downright worthless. So many people jumped ship in the last two years, and the company most likely brushes it off as due to a commission structure change, without truly understanding the underlying issue. If people stay with a company because of “the people”, then people leave the company also because of “the people”. Culture of terrible, micromanaging managers who think they’re amazing because the company continues to reward them.
