Good culture, bad compensation plans. Overall I would say it is a positive work environment and can be a fun place to work. The only major downside is that the pay is only okay for the level of expectations. Even if you hit your targets, the money is simply not great. Overall I think the company is solid and has good products, however the comp plan is AWFUL. Targets are unrealistic most of the time and if you do manage to knock it out of the park, you will barely make enough to justify the effort.
