My overall experience has been pleasant. If you are doing your job, you are left to yourself. Target is easily attainable as long as you put in the work and follow the processes in place to ask for the sale during your presentation. The lack of bonus opportunity and base pay can make for uncomfortably during slow times, but the high commission is great during the busy season.

Company does a good job of pushing culture onto you. Culture is good here, until you realize that it’s really not. It’s great for corporate employees, but the sales team is just that. A sales team.
