Fairly good experience so far. Lots of turnover in leadership. Huge push for IPO leads to extremely high quotas and low attainment. People are very cool and fun to work with. Lunches included is nice. Biggest knock by far is the low attainment, if 20% of reps hit quota each quarter that is considered good. TAM is smaller than leadership would want you to believe.

Let's start off by saying. These folks have no clue how to run a business. The CEO is fixated on separating church and state. He's fixated on separating mktg and sales revenue so he makes decisions that limit the biz. None of their systems talk to each other. They're in a downward spiral.
