Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience in this sales organization has been a rollercoaster. From my pay getting slashed 10% and being promised to make up for the cut, they will uncap commissions. (Which was a lie) Then hiring new reps who have little to no sales experience at a much higher OTE. To then now making these new goals unattainable unless you had a massive pipeline to keep you afloat.. It’s been a lot. Each year I’ve grown and grown to be in the top 10%. I even achieved the number 1 sales rep in my role. That number 1 spot did not reward with P club or any big recognition/comp change. Just a pat on the back. I would really appreciate if PayPal would re-evaluate how they are running the sales org. Compensation for some reps needs to adjust significantly.
Lastly, I will say this amidst the rant above. PayPal has an amazing product. This year with the new leadership in charge is finally recognising the potential for the brand. As a seller, PayPal really does sell itself. It becomes a no-brainer conversation when you get down to discussing the value for these businesses. Browse Other Reviews
