PayPal has some great products, some poorly built new products, and lots of bureaucrats that waste time and prevent them team from getting things done. It is a wildly distracted organization that could have been great.

Sales reps aren’t compensated for retaining existing business, but only for adding additional business. Add On products that generate a lot of additional revenue for the business don’t translate to compensation for sales.

This company is very strange. No real guidance for career development, insane quotas, lack of leadership, and poor communication. Many people who have made a name for themselves have since left the company, and more will follow.

Lots of talented sellers, in 2024 a lot of new products being released and lot of changes happening almost monthly. If you don't like change , this could be a difficult time to work at PayPal.
