Lots of talented sellers, in 2024 a lot of new products being released and lot of changes happening almost monthly. If you don't like change , this could be a difficult time to work at PayPal.

PayPal company goals do not align with rep goals. Management said 2024 was a transition year and goals and pay would be adjusted in 2025. They requested reps to stick with them while they make the appropriate pay changes. It’s now 2025 and goals have yet to be adjusted.
