They believe since they pay you well that they can work you as hard as they’d like. You are just a number at paycom as they are trying to find those few reps out of the hundreds they bring in every year to make majority of the company’s revenue.

Must schedule 12 in person appts. your first two weeks or you’re fired (so they say). 250-300+ call per day, 60+ hour work weeks, traveling, micromanaging, cold calling in the car at all times, high stress/pressure. Most teams hover around 3-5 reps because nobody lasts over a year (typically).
