Great company to work for if your focus is to make pretty good money. That’s it. Other than that, I dont really have anything to say about the job.

My overall experience was okay. It is a tough product to sell in a tough market, but it is in line with the quality of the other providers in the market. Not a whole lot of work life balance if you want to find success in this role.

If you’ve worked here and survived, then anyone who’s ever heard of Paycom will know you have incredible work ethic. But the culture is very toxic. The pay can be great, but you’ll be more stressed than you ever imagined and your health and personal life will suffer.
