Most sales leaders were terrible reps that just stayed around long enough to get deals from others that quit and have no real business in leadership.

In 2024, quota was 960K, which means you make over 500K as an exec reps. This is not an easy role by any means. It was actually maybe the hardest thing I've ever done - I did it for 5 years.
