Paycom has a great product however the leadership is terrible with unrealistic goals. Opportunity to make great money but not worth it

Paycom has one of the strongest training programs I have seen. They give you 5 weeks of training to understand the product, sales cycle, and positioning. Setting you up for success in this outbound role.

Earning potential is great, but you are working three jobs in one as an outside sales rep at Paycom. You are your own SDR and systems engineer in addition to sales. In 2024, quota was 960K, which means you make over 500K as an exec reps. This is not an easy role by any means. It was actually maybe the hardest thing I've ever done - I did it for 5 years.
