Seeing a lot of commonality with Paycom. High earning potential and no work life balance. Any AEs in the SoCal area that can help speak into this? I would assumed it’s based off manager and area. Curious as the opportunity to interview has come up. Thank you

More QuestionsFrom what I see here the score is very low for inbound leads so are the sales roles primarily all cold calling?Is it fair to say that 4/10 reps actually make it at Paycom? On RepVue , it looks like attainment is about 40%.
