Mid to direct leadership was fine, upper management doesn’t care about anyone but top performers. 2 layoffs in under a year. Sales teams aren’t hitting numbers as quotas go up.

Everything was smooth at first. Shortly after I started I realized how unorganized the company was due to their recent merger.
