Teams are great and I've had a great overall experience here at Tebra. However, 3 major layoffs in the last year and a half have not been great for morale and overall outlook.

Best onboarding + training I've ever had at a company. Product itself is very medium. Sales culture was fun and exciting. Lots of pressure to upsell.

Everything was smooth at first. Shortly after I started I realized how unorganized the company was due to their recent merger. It's nobody's fault, but you had two separate cultures clashing which led to two different schools of thought training new hires which is extremely confusing, particularly in a remote setting.
