Mid to direct leadership was fine, upper management doesn’t care about anyone but top performers. 2 layoffs in under a year. Sales teams aren’t hitting numbers as quotas go up.

I very much enjoyed working for this company. Base pay is low but ultimately they trained you to be a savage and actually understand how to handle market objections and understand your differentiators which I cant say every company does.

Teams are great and I've had a great overall experience here at Tebra. However, 3 major layoffs in the last year and a half have not been great for morale and overall outlook.
