20 year old leads, 20 year old system, 20 something year old director, 20 reps turning over every 20 weeks, 20 declines before you get an approval, and 20 emails a week about not hitting metrics. I have a bunch of other “20 somethings” to go over, not sure if it’s respectful or legal.
If you can overlook those things and produce, you might like the comp plan, which is probably the only saving grace of the company. This place is a metrics factory, and they truly just want to see how many phone calls can a rep make before their brains melt out of their ears.
