You’ll have to put up with poor compensation, training, leadership, and culture on your way to that title, but, for some people that’s worth it. In Denver the base is nice. You most likely won’t see commission on any deals as an SDR. As a BDR you will get $50 per completed conference call. You’ll have to survive the benchmark of 5 conference calls per week as a BDR until the high turnover grants an opportunity to move into an account manager position.
