For the SDA/BDR role you won’t see much compensation outside of base pay. The quota’s placed on SDA’s is not reflective of time in role or territory, which, leads to some easily meeting or exceeding and others falling short. Training is thorough, in depth, and fast paced. Sales tools are slightly outdated and don’t communicate consistently between different platforms causing a lack of efficiency at times.

It's a good place to get started in sales and learn a little about tech. BDR role is a grind, lots of micromanagement, and leadership absolutely plays favorites, Not many other companies where you can get into a closing role that quickly.
