Good culture, good starting pay. Was very effected by the volatile tech market. ICP is out there but a small segment. The product is excellent and unmatched for the ICP though.

What started as fun startup culture has evolved into a toxic sales environment where very few meet their true potential. The wrong attitudes are rewarded and only those who game the system get ahead. Pantheon’s demise has little to do with macro economic headwinds, poor leadership will reduce this company to nothing.
