It’s been great so far. Being on a new team and new org there are growing pains that I am not surprised with. Lots of support and way too many resources making it hard to focus on your own process. Leadership has been great, deal flow is decent and all in all has been a good experience.

Mostly good products, good level of technical expertise. Tough leadership, steep goals. Accelerators are meh.
