The company seems to be hurting to find where they should be in the market. While they have success in Australia, they are struggling to get a foothold in the US (aside from in EDU). No SDR's or AE's are hitting quota. But one person who should be called an AM is handed 95% of business, even in other AE's territories. Hopefully after being acquired by a PI firm, things change.

Company continues to grow and certain favorite ICs are breaking sales records, but salaries and benefits remain way below market with no room for role growth or professional advancement.

My overall experience was disappointing. The majority of opportunities flowed to one IC whilst the rest of us were managed for under performance.
