My overall experience was just ok. Not a bad company just wasn't the company for me. I will say that if you are looking for upward trajectory there aren't many opportunities to get into management. The salary is a bit low and there aren't many chances for increases. The most positive part about working there was that my co-workers were amazing!

PHMG is a good introduction to inside sales for young motivated people willing to work hard, VERY HARD. Cold calling driven, good training program, inconsistent lead generation, but a good step in the right direction for an introduction to a sales org.
