The current CRO has instituted policies and practices that make it incredibly challenging for AE and AM to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
The CRO's leadership style is widely viewed as unfair and detrimental to employee morale. This has resulted in severe mental health issues among colleagues, and the situation recently escalated during a meeting when an AE was in tears.
