They’ve made too many changes to comp plans, quotas, account distribution. It was great at first but leadership hasn’t backed up their word in many areas.

Great org. Tons of greenfield. The team is great, leadership is super transparent, and the product market fit is pretty ideal. More competition is coming into the arena but that's not a bad thing. Also most reps seem to be doing well, take my 70% as a "more or less" estimate

I learned a lot in this role and felt supported by my team and manager. The product is good, although there are many other similar products on the market.
