Lots of change consistently without transparency into overall strategy. Great leadership to guide you in learning and development throughout the beginning of your career. Need to continue working on seeing their employees as people not numbers.

It’s ok. The lack of diversity is pretty insane but in comparison they are pretty competitive with their comp packages. Leadership really depends on who you get. Could be good, could be awful. Same goes for your territory. Biggest challenge of selling is all the internal bullsh*t which needs to change asap.

This was my second time at Oracle Marketing Cloud. The first tour was recently after Responsys acquisition and were the best years in my sales career. I made the most money and had the most fun.
