Former Employee3.0Mar 19, 2024My overall experience with Oracle was positive. However, I had a great first year as an AE and received a $15k raise as a result. The typical starting base pay for AEs is actually a bit on the lower side, so that’s something to keep in mind. OTE is pretty high though and quota attainment is likely!

Former Employee3.0Feb 24, 2024No initial training, went through 2 managers in one year and was eventually left without a manager. Part of widespread layoffs. Wasn't able to develop or really find footing in 2 years. Base comp good, stagegate to getting any variable pay of about 50%. Laid off right before landing 2.5m deal that took most of a year.

Current Employee5.0Oct 6, 20243 weeks into the training program currently and really enjoying it. Austin campus and surrounding location is great, fun co-workers. Facilitators do a fantastic job of onboarding you forcing you to embrace being uncomfortable, while also providing structured learning tools and processes.
