Expectations do not reflect reality of market size and dyanmic. Reps are expected to manage a lot with minimal support - they are alone in the territory - no bdr, no admin support, limited marketing support.

Run away. The product is far from what the management claims it is, complicating even more the super long sales cycles. On top of that, a lot of people have left or been let go in 2024.
